This Turnkey placer gold and silver mine located in northwest Colorado and consists of 280 acres of bench placer ground. It is primarily composed of quartz sand eroded (along with the gold and heavy minerals) from the sandstones of the Eocene Wasatch Formation. The property is surveyed and 14 acres are presently permitted. Within the permitted boundary and from the surface to a depth of 10 feet, the company has established a probable and possible resource of 202,354 tons of ore averaging between .015 and 0.32 ounces per ton in gold values.

Gross values on the low side using a $1,250 as the gold value would be $3,794,000 in the permitted area and the potential for the permitted area could be as much as $5 million - $6 million. Outside the permitted area is another 260 acres that has been minimally sampled and appears to have at least as much reserves as within the permitted boundary.

This property also contains rare earth oxides in the black sands. Monazite measured 43% in the non- magnetic portion and the neodymium was 40,000 parts per million.
