The Stowe Creek Placer Mine consists of 61 grouped claims of Stowe Creek claims and some bench claims as well.

The mine has good access on gravel roads and is located about 100 kilometers south of Dawson City. Only part of six claims have been mined so far and have steadily produced 500 ounces of gold per claim.

You can see the Stowe Creek mine on the TV show Yukon Gold in most of the season 3 and season 4 episodes. This show can be seen on The National Geographic Channel in the U.S.

Stowe Creek has a lot of history dating back to 1901 when it was staked and mined by A.F. Stowe.. It was heavily drilled from 1980 - 1987 until gold prices started falling. Now Stowe Creek has been steadily mined since 2011 and has proven be a steady paying creek where gold is easy to locate. All permits are in place and in good standing with the Yukon government with respect to placer mining.
