Washoe County, Nevada

-Joint Venture $1,200,000

Total Probable Gold Reserves exceed 5 Million ounces in first lode vein
additional mining projects are included

$566,000 Phase One
$638,000 Phase Two
Funds will be used for equipment, and operating expenses including core drilling into known vein.

Initial Deposit:
The initial deposit contains more than 5 million ounces of gold in a concentrated lode deposit. The discovery was made during an initial survey with a physics based technology, and that technology will again be used to gain more information about the dimensions, currently estimated to be a mile long, and additional deposits in the area. Then the company will use it to develop more deposits globally.

The Technology:
Our success is secured by the use of a proven physics based technology that can locate concentrations of any mineral or compound from miles away, through any barrier, and miles into the Earth. This facilitates a rapid and highly profitable method of solving the greatest problem in minerals development - finding large concentrations of valuable elements. Validation will be provided. (A PowerPoint Presentation is available)

Investment Required:
Phase One funds everything up to drilling the first core which will provide proof of the precious metal contents of the deposit: The investment is US $566,000. (An itemized budget is available)

Phase One Investment shall receive all profits until paid in full, and is secured by all company assets. (A detailed Action Time line Plan is available upon request.)

Phase Two funds completes the core drilling on the first discovery to establish proven reserves and facilitate self funding: The investment is US $638,000. (An itemized budget is available)

Phase Two Investment, subsequent to Phase One, shall receive all profits until paid in full, and is secured by all company assets. (A detailed Action Time line Plan is available upon request.)

Location:
The Noble Metals JV is in the Walker Lane Fault zone, where the North American Plate meets the Pacific Plate. This highly mineralized fault system is 100 km wide and straddles the Nevada, California border. It is one of the most prolific mining areas in the world, and contains several world-class epithermal precious metals deposits, including the world famous Comstock Lode and the Round Mountain gold mine owned by Kinross and Barrick Gold.

Nevada is still in its biggest mining boom, and as a mining State enjoys strong political favor. Favorable laws and positive safety regulations, are supporting reasons that Nevada's gold production accounts for more than 79% of total U.S. production.
