The McCoy gold mine claim is located about 8 miles SW of Hailey, Idaho, in Southeastern, Idaho. This mine is next door (20 mi.) to celebrity hotspot, ski resort, summer/winter fun area for hiking/hunting/fishing/golf, more ... Sun Valley. This gold mine is in God's country, the mine itself is nestled in amongst mountain peaks reaching out to the heavens.

This is a sulfide ore mine so it requires leaching or roasting if the ore is processed on site.

There is a hanging wall of ore exposed about 300" into tunnel, ready to break loose & bring to the surface.

Assay varies between a 1/2 ounce and 7 ounces per ton. The vein in the tunnel varies from 2" wide to 3' in width and is visible on the surface for several hundred feet.

The BLM canceled the permit and made the owner reclaim the site. The tunnels will have to be reopened. You will need to supply your own equipment and supplies.

He would be willing to help on a consulting basis until you are up and running. He is 75 so even though gold price is good feel that it is more project than he wishes to do by himself.

The deal will include one 20 acre claim. Financing and terms on sale or lease arrangements can be made. The owner will sell for $5,000 plus royalties for the life of the mine.
