The Mackenzie mining claims consist of 2 placer claims and one mineral(lode) claims which lies under one of the placer claims. The claims are located about 15 km north of Mackenzie, B.C. and access to the claims is good as a Forestry road runs through the middle of the claims.

The Mackenzie mining claims are located east of the confluence of Mugaha Creek and Williston Lake.The properties are underlain by weakly metamorphosed and complexly deformed rocks of the Upper
Proterozoic Misinchinka Group. The Misinchinka Group consists of a thick monotonous sequence of
siliciclastic and lesser carbonate rocks of turbidite affinity deposited on the western margin of ancestral
North America.

Hand testing to a depth of 8 feet in the 2013 season revealed significany black sands (iron) and very fine gold. A more extensive mechancial testing program to reach greater depths should be undertaken.

The owner wishes to sell these three claims outright for $152,000 and would consider a joint venture.
