The LONGFACE PROJECT is a gold
exploration project located near Round
Mountain, Nevada. It is comprised of 134 lode mining claims, encompassing a 2,680 acre property package.

LONGFACE is geologically on-trend with rich gold deposits owned by the ROUND MOUNTAIN JOINT VENTURE (Kinross, 50%/Barrick, 50%): the GOLD HILL MINE, located 5 miles due south of the LONGFACE PROJECT; and the ROUND MOUNTAIN MINE, located just 10 miles south of the LONGFACE PROJECT.

ARCHANGEL RESOURCES, LLC., after acquiring control of the LONGFACE PROJECT in 2006, discovered a large
epithermal gold system through expanded drilling. The drilling was done between April, 2010, and February,
2011, encompassing 15 holes for a total of 9,325' of drilling. 10 of these 15 holes revealed gold intercepts ranging from .02 to .60 ounces of Au per ton (67%).  The project geologist, whose credentials include a 2M ounce discovery, conservatively estimates the
LONGFACE PROJECT deposit between 500,000 and 3M ounces of gold.

Upon funding, ARCHANGEL RESOURCES, LLC., shall utilize same for land acquisition; permitting; geochemical
and geophysical surveying; and drilling on delineated structures. The drilling component will then require
approximately 4 months to reach maximum model value.
