The High Bar Gold Mine is a placer gold deposit located in Baker County Oregon and consists of approximately 2,450 acres of unpatented contiguous mining claims. The mine has an approved 20 year Plan of Operation to mine 6,000 cubic yards per day.

United Mining and Metals historical documents reference areas up to $129/cubic yard at $1250 gold, including specimen gold. It should be emphasized that there is NO OVERBURDEN to deal with on these claims. During the first series of testing the current owner's first gold clean out was over 80 ounces!

The High Bar Mine property has an excellent water well which has produced over 23 million gallons at approximately 200 gallons per minute.

The High Bar property can be spilt into smaller claims with some claims having the ability to purchase water. The sales price does not include any processing or recovery equipment but this may be available to the buyer for an additional cost.

The High Bar Mine has a long mining season and it is is not in a remote location providing easy access to parts, supplies, and labor.
