Per the owner...

This is a golden opportunity to become involved in a mine with a PROVEN gold and silver history. I am not a mine promoter, but someone with extensive mineralogical and underground mine experience and only lacking capital to resume operation. A substantial amount of this ore body remains untouched by man.

The Fairview mine is located about 7 miles north of Sheridan, Montana. It consists of two Patented lode claims with an elevation of 6200 feet and year around access. 1300 feet inside the #3 drift tunnel is an estimated ore reserve of 25,000 tons above the present #3 level. In 1998 the owner mined 190 tons of this ore and had 165 tons milled in Virginia City, MT. The average head grade was .33 opt gold and 5.5 opt silver.

In 1938 below this #3 drift level, a winze was sunk in ore for 165 feet on the downward extension of the vein. Verified smelter returns show that this yielded 2,868 tons with the smelter buying 2660 ounces of gold produced from this ore. At $400 oz gold, this would be $1,064,000.

Phase One would be to mine this 25,000 tons ore and would take about 2 years mining 50 tons per day. A nearby mill has agreed to process this ore at $20 per ton with an estimated 90% recovery. When mining, milling, and trucking cost are factored in, and 25% of net is deducted for mine supplies and repairs, the projected net profit per day is $2512 or $50.25 per ton with $400 oz gold.

The owner needs $100,000 to cover all underground and surface costs to reopen this mine. At a $50 per ton profit mining 50 tons per day, it would only take only 40 days of production to repay the investor. This project is expected to last a little over 2 years!

The owner is willing to negotiate terms with an investor and can offer a lien on mining quipment until the investor is made whole. Estimated profit from this 25,000 tons is expected to be $1,250,000 over 2 years (at $400 oz gold).

This is your chance to team up with an experienced miner with a workable mining plan that can commence immediately and cash in on rising gold prices.
