The Dios Padre Mine and Mill project is located in the state of Sonora, Mexico. The owner has had these concessions for more than 35 years.

3 concessions or claims totaling 285 hectares ( 710 acres ) are included.

No debt whatsoever against the company.

All taxes and requirements are current.

A 100 ton per day flotation plant is present on the property but in need of some repair.

As told by the owner...

"Various professionals have examined this property over a 40 year period. All examiners have approved it for acquisition by their employers. Indeed, I have sold the company four times. In each case the buyers were unable to fulfill their obligations. The one exception was Oxindental Minerals Corporation, which offered $8 million and I declined. My economic condition was quite different at that time."

Documented tonnage: 6 million metric tonnes

Content per ton: AG 425 grams (13.74 ozs) / PB 3.08% / CU 0.55%

There are attendant values in gold, cadmium, palladium, and platinum which has been identified in samples submitted to newer methods of analyses.

The estimated gross value of this deposit is in excess of $500 million. 100% ownership in the company is offered for sale. The owner is receptive to cash and/or share transactions with a viablible public entity who has the resources and capability to assume a project of this magnitude.

The 100 ton per day floatation plant on site is in need of some repair. The pilot operation at that time was suspended because of the (1984) low price of silver. Concentrate shipping records from this effort are available.

During the pilot operation studies, an open pit was commenced which shows much promise and the reserves for this method can be expanded with a modest drilling program.

If you are a history buff, then you should know that this is reputed to be the famous Lost Tayopa Mine prominently mentioned in books by J. Frank Dobie ( Apache Gold and Yaqui Silver ) and others.
