This Brazilian Diamond and Mineral mine is located in the MINAS GERAIS, Espihaco Mountain range of Brazil. This has been a major diamond producing area since the 17th Century.

This mine comes with the Kimberly Certiifcate (KC) which is a valuable asset and required to conduct trade in the international diamond business. Very few companies are granted the KC authority from the Brazilian Government.

All other Government Approvals to mine this area have been obtained to mine diamonds, gold, other crystals and gemstones, and sand. A 2012 Geological Field Study of the Licensed area is available.

The company is offering a 40% Joint Venture Partnership for $6 million USD. Funds will be used to purchase the mine and begin mining immediately.
