The B.C. Turnkey Gold Mine consists of 4 placer gold mining claims and mining equipment. The mine is located along Deepline Creek in the Cassir Mountain Range in northern British Columbia.

A good 1km gravel road leads to the claims from an all weather paved road. Three acres have been cleared, the infrastructure to mine is in place, and the mine is ready for full scale production. Because there is no permafrost at the mine site, normal weather conditions allow for a 150 - 180 day mining season!

Gold was first discovered in this area in 1874 and in 1877 a 72 ounce solid gold nugget was discovered in nearby McDame creek which is the largest nugget recorded to date in British Columbia!

The owner is not a miner and wishes to sell the claims and equipment together. He is asking $400k CAD with 50% down and the balance in one year. Or he will discount the mine and equipment for cash and accept $275k CAD.
