Mill Operation Description

The mill is a 3 TPH high efficiency gravity recovery circuit specifically designed to extract free milling gold from siliceous vein-type ore found in the Bradshaw Mountains.

Ore is introduced to the mill by loader through a 6 steel grizzley stored in the hopper and fed to the first stage crusher by conveyor. The variable speed conveyor motor controls the ore feed rate and subsequently establishes the mill production rate. The first stage crusher is a jaw crusher reducing the ore from 6" to 3/8" or less which is fed to the second stage crusher by conveyor. The second stage crusher is a Stutenroth impact mill with an external classifier reducing the ore from 3/8" to 20 mesh The impact mill is used in this application because wear parts are easily and quickly replaced it runs wet ore and it utilizes a non-sliming external i classifier. Ore always contains some moisture which will clog machinery with internal classifiers. The impact mill is also used in this application because the impact of the ore particles against hardened steel plates and other particles tends to break down the particles along natural fractures releasing the free gold and gold bearing black sand. The intent is to release the gold rather than fine crushing or grinding the gold making it more difficult to recover. Water is then added and the slurry is fed to the reverse spiral concentrators. The reverse spiral concentrators use centrifugal force and gravity to produce a very high quality concentrate of free gold and gold bearing black sand. The tailings from the reverse spiral concentrators are fed to the first centrifugal concentrating bowl where the fine particles of gold and gold bearing black sand are concentrated. The tailings are then fed to a second centrifugal concentrating bowl which is the quality control check bowl. If any gold is found in this bowl it indicates that the mill is not operating at peak efficiency and adjustments to the process can be made to improve the efficiency. The tailings are then fed to the vertical shaft pump and then under pressure to the dewatering hydrocylone where the solids are removed and the water returned to the settling / storage steel tanks. The concentrates from the reverse spirals and bowls are fed to the concentrating table where the first cut containing the free gold and gold bearing black sand can be shipped to the refiner and sold. The second cut containing gold bearing black sand and some fine free gold within the 20 mesh particles can be fine ground and fed again to the concentrating table where the first cut containing the free gold and gold bearing black sand can be shipped to the refiner and sold. The concept here is to extract the released free gold and fine grind only that portion of the total ore volume which contains fine gold rather then the entire ore volume. The second cut containing gold bearing black sand can be sold to someone with the capabilities to extract the remaining gold from these more complex ores using nongravity extraction techniques.

GENERAL, OVERVIEW AND DESCRIPTION

The Arizona Project consists of a collection of old past producing gold mines that are located in Yavapai County, Arizona, predominantly within the Hassayampa Mining District. The properties are very old and experienced only small scale "hi-grade" type of mining. Considerable exploration at these and other properties over the last ten years has resulted in the confirmation of known potential and the discovery of additional .. ore reserves. To facilitate the concept of consolidating the best properties into one .. mining program, a modern 3 ton/hr mill was constructed and completed in late 2000. The potential of the Project is yet to be realized and will be deterrnined through the small scale mining effort and continued exploration and development; nevertheless, the combined potential of all properties is considerable and will feed the existing gravity plant for many years. Expansion is likely but not necessary. In 1997 a pilot mill was constructed on nearby private land whereby bulk samples from the various mines were processed the information gathered from this effort was used in the design of the current mill.

DESCRIPTION OF MINES

The OroCache Mine - $150,000

Located approximately 7 miles from the mill ¥ Recent new road construction ¥ Ore deposit is a stockwork breccia that can be mined predominantly from surface ¥ "hi-grade" ore up tp 40 ozlton Au has been foundin narrow veinlets and pockets 5 tons of this material was removed, yielding 187 ounces of gold however' the entire orebody can be extracted from surface, averaging 1/4 oz/ton ¥ 59,000 tons of proven surface mineable ore with considerable probable potential in the downdip extension of the pipe-like orebody ¥ Road reconstruction will be required for the larger surface operation . Ore proven to be amenable to gravity concentration

The DonielIe Mine - $50,000

This property is located just 4 miles from the processing facility, and consists of a small block of unpatented mining claims. Although overall potential is without doubt much grerater than proven a result of structural intersections the current known reserve is important both from the standpoint of small "hi-grade', production, and an expanded surface program of bulk mining. The primary deposit is a large "pocket" of"hi-grade" gold ore, resulting from shear zone intersections that have produced a structural gold-bearing loci. The primary target contains a minimum of 5000 tons of ore, yielding an average of 0.55 opt Au and about 3.5 opt Ag. Considerable additional potential exists along the many veins and mineralized shear zones, but as yet has not been drilled to prove additional reserve potential. Expansion to produce larger quantities of ore will be easily and quickly attained with the addition of larger surface mining equipment, together with LHD underground equipment. The current proven reserve at 90% recovery has a combined Au/ Ag value of $723,375

The Big Chief Group - $250,000

The Big Chief Group consists of several very old producing mines, namely the Goldwater, the Independence, the BC, and the Railroad. This group is a primary resource for either small scale mining of "hi-grade" ores, or bulk mining of lower grade ores for a larger processing facility. A block of unpatented cIaims, covering over two miles of strikelength and numerous old workings comprise the group. Currently small quantities of"hi-grade" gold ore are being produced from two locations one at the main Big Chief property, and the other from the BC cIaim. Expansion both at surface and from underground can easily yield a minimum 100 tons of ore per day, averaging approximately 0.60 opt Au, with minor silver value. An even larger operation is potential from strictly surface miningof the lower grade ore that is contained within a 150' wide zone of shearing. The reserve potential, as it now stands without further drilling, consists of115,630 tons, containing 85,488 ounces of gold, and a bulk mineabale deposit of 3,214,285 tons, containing 160,714 ounces of gold. At 90% recovery the combined resourcevalue stands at $59.8 million.

The Treasure Gulch Mine - $150,000

This property includes two seperate mines, both old and small producers, of relatively "hi-grade" gold ores from two converging vein structures. The Treasure Gulch properties are located approximately 16 miles northeast from the processing facility. Two vein structures, ranging from 2.5' to 12' in width, have been tested and defined by surface cuts, underground drifts, and drilling, resulting in a minimum 33,330 tons of relatively high tenor ore. Although gold ore averages 0.65 opt, pockets and streaks of 5 ounce plus are present. Within the eastern vein structure lie 41,660 tons, averaging 0.58 opt Au. The two combined resources contain 41,243 recoverable ounces of gold, based on a 90%recoveryfactor. This resource is presently valued at $11.135 million. The periodic small scale mining program at Treasure Gulch can easily be expanded to 50 or even 100 tons/day with adequate development funding.

The Gold Treasure Mine - $250,000

The Gold Treasure Mine represents a very large shear zone system, containing numerous veins, veinlets, stockworks, and localized zones of"hi-grade" gold ore. The property is located only 8 miles north from the processing facility' and has periodically provided gold-bearing quartz/hematite rnineralization for local processing. The potential of interest, however, lies in the large bulk tonnage potential of the deposit, particularly as a surface mineable deposit. The Gold Treasure shear zone is exposed at surface for a distance of 4000 feet, and ranges in width from 30' to 500'. A smaller sub-parallel zone is 20' wide and traceable on surface for 2500'. The primary zone contains 30 million tons to a depth of 500', however, only the portions of better tenor have been tested to a point at which a probable reserve can be considered defined. The northernmost portion ofthe main zone has been tested by dozer trenching, handdug pits, surface outcrop sampling, large surface bulk sampling, and some drilling over a strikelength of about 2000'. The exploration program resulted in an estimated 375,000 tons of ore averaging .17 opt Au, and 3.56 opt Ag. The remainder of the deposit is partially tested' obviously containing several million tons of cornmercially viable ore. This deposit by itself could support a single processing facility if desired. The 375,000 tons contain a recoverable (88%) 56,100 ounces of gold and 1,155,000 ounces of silver. Current market value is $19,189,500. The possible potential of this deposit is well over 1.8 million ounces of gold.

The Golden Eagle Mine - $25,000

A small deposit but of"hi-grade" nature, situated only 3 miles from the processing facility The deposit consists of two vein structures that appear to intersect at depth. The width of the veins range between 1 2 inches and 1 0 feet. Current workings define 1800 tons of ore, averaging 0.50 opt Au, and a "pocket" zone of 600 tons that averages 2.0 opt Au. An additional I 000 tons is indicated below existing workings. The gold reserve is 2250 ounces equalling $607,500 at current market value.

The Eagle Mine - $60,000

The Eagle is predominantly a silver property, containing very significant recoverable values in gold It is located 2 miles east of the Big Chief Group previously discussed herein. The property is comprised of underground workings and surface cuts, exposing and defining an intersecting vein system of considerable extent. The two main veins range from from 4' to 10' in width, however, at the point of intersection a structural loci of approximately 150' by 75' by 60' has created a breccia pipe-like structure, containing considerable value in both silver and gold. The Eagle vein potential averages 0.3 opt Au, and 55 opt Ag, and the intersecting Buzzard vein averages .19 opt Au and 17 opt Ag. The breccia pipe "zone" averages .12 opt Au and 7.8 opt Ag. A combined total i reserve for all three potential zones is 67,665 tons @.162 Au, and 15.3 Ag or 10,999 oz Au, and 1,035,575 oz Ag. At 90% recovery the combined resource value is $5,934,790.

The SunGold Mine - $150.000

This property is located northeast of the Big Chief Group and along the eastern front of the Bradshaw Mountains. Excellent road access to the property results in favorable development and trucking of the ore to the current process facility. Property has been extensively trenched and drilled, and sampled by numerous large companies. Although too small for the larger mining concerns, the deposit is one of considerable merit for a small or medium sized producer. The deposit is a broad shear zone in felsic volcanics and schists. The entire shear zone package is up to 200' wide, containing 3 million tons of low-grade ore, however, only the narrower sections of"hi- grade" have been considered for development. A proven and probable reserve of 224,775 tons has been calculated, averaging 0.49 opt Au. An additional possible reserve of 235,500 tons has been ignored until further drilling can be done to accurately define the deeper blocks of ore. At 90 %recovery an estimated 99,125 ounces of gold are available for extraction. This represents a current in ground resource value of $26.76 million. Small quantities of"hi-grade" ore are periodically being removed from the main surface dump expansion potential is excellent to 100 tons/day or more.

The Gold Bar Mine - $850,000

A large block of patented and unpatented mining claims, located southeast ofthe mill facility and 1 6 miles northeast of Wickenburg Historical producer, consisting of several old minesincluding the Obrien Mine. Produced 20,000 tons of 0.88 opt gold ore from one breccia pipe, and several thousand tons of one ounce plus from the Obrien vein. Multiple veins and breccia pipes, containing two types of potential one being large tonnages of low-grade, and lesser quantities of "higher grade" ores that are amenable to both surface and underground mining programs "hi-grade" ore from selective surface showings have recently provided small quantities of ore for the process facility. Considerable RC and diamond drilling, together with surface cuts and trenches, and underground workings, have defined a mineable reserve of 181,000 tons from the No. 1 breccia pipe, containing 43,850 ounces of gold, together with 50,000 tons from the Obrien vein, hosting 20,000 ounces of gold. Many other exposures clearly suggest that an expanded reserve is very likely. The current reserve of 63,850 ounces of gold will yield a recoverable value of $1 5.52 million.

The Phau Spings Property - $100,000

Of those properties that comprise the Arizona Project, the Phau Springs deposit is situated farthest from the processing facility...some 45 miles distant. The deposit consists of a broad shear zone some 150' wide and 2000' in length. Extensive trenching, and underground development have provided the information necessary to calculate in ground reserves. The entire shear zone represents a low-grade, bulk tonnage deposit; nevertheless, only that portion containing "higher ore tenor" has been considered for development. Approximately 20' of rnineable ore to a depth of 200', contains an estimated inground reserve of 20O,000 tons of ore, averaging 0.35 opt Au or 61,600 ounces at 88% recovery. Current market value places this reserve at $16.63 million.
